Aside from the big G himself, I'd have to say either Mothra or King Caesar. Mothra because of the bad ass music and stardust, and the Kang because of kung fu.
yeah - I always loved King Ghidorah when I was a kid. He got even better in the more recent better budget stuff. But damn - who didn't love "Creature Double Feature" on channel 56?
