i'm built like a pole so i know i need to eat more. lately i've had trouble gathering up an appetite when i'm not stoned. not right now though, i'm fucking starving.

last week i feasted on 2 whole homemade fresh pizzas, 4 beers (2 delerium tremens and 2 left hand milk stouts) and a belgian waffle the size of a birthday cake at the armsby abbey. i was eating long after everyone else was done and that quite an achievement for me.

working out/lifting can also help increase your appetite.

i do that, and combined with drumming and other activities i get quite a bit of exercise, it helps a lot, it also helps me sleep and makes me feel like a million bucks in general. my problem is i use a lot more energy that i take in sometimes. i love food, i'm not picky, i'll eat and try just about anything, but sometimes i'll eat half a cheeseburger and give up. i guess i just have to suck it up and take it all in to stretch out the internals.

I need to try this Armsby Abbey place. When's the next worthwhile Worcester event?
