I tried asking Capital One why they are going from 8% APR on my account to 18% APR, basically causing me to cancel the card, and the dude started reading this barren pamphlet they sent me. I said "I'm calling because I want MORE information on this change than the booklet offers" and he started reading again from the beginning of the fucking thing.
Then there's that fucking Sears bullshit where Mike almost "put on his rings".
And then I called H&R Block and the kid on the phone was high and I kept saying "'P' as in 'Puma' or 'Porsche' or 'Pickle'" and he says "Oh B...Yeah B like Boy I gotchyoo man I gotchyoo"
