I have enough water to submerge my grinder, simmering on really low heat.

I've scraped the grinder to get all the keef kief type stuffs. Added a table spoon of butter, and will be adding honey to taste.


I smoke pretty regularly, I wonder if this is going to destroy me...

updates on this would be great...i bought a grinder recently specifically for keif purposes

found good recipies for herb tea a few weeks back. fucks you up in a different way, more of a body high then a annhilated head high.
you can do it in milk, let it simmer dont let it boil make sure it doesnt stick to pan

last summer my cousin and i would just grind up buds and make tea out of it and we would get COMPLETELY WASTED off a cup or two. major body high vs head, as is always the case when consumed orally vs. smoked. and this was from mid grades. good idea with the honey, a little sweetner is a good idea with weed tea. it gets a little bitter without. as far as grinders go i bought one of the better ones with the kief collector and i never use it, i feel like i waste my bud packing bowls with grinded weed. breaking them up by hand my smoke always lasts longer.

I ended up splitting the tea with my Gf, and neither of us are really feeling it. Definite body stone, but not very strong.

I was talking about simply cleaning, versus collecting kief for tea. I would smoke that shit son. But, considering I had nothing to waste, this did work for a mild body buzz.

you need something fatty to absorb the thc as it doesn't bond with water. the heat destroys the thc and it evaporates away. (the reason why almost all pot cooking recipes involve cannabutter)
