Looking to trade for CAR with the same or less miles that is automatic for my girlfriend (she cant drive my truck and refuses to learn to drive a stick)...

my wife is the same way. When i had a stick shift she refused to learn. It's so easy, the first day is rough, but it's kind of fun, i miss da steeeck

it's annoying because I'm doing a lot of courier work right now so I need our other car which was initially intended for her to use because it's automatic, BUT it's way more reliable with less miles AND I can't use the truck for courier work unless it has a cap on it that can lock for insurance reasons so...

someone trade thier honda civic or accord or toyota camry for my truck! it's really totally reliable and great for loading band gear etc...

i have 96 buick lesabre that was owned by my great grandfather for a while. everything works and it has like 110k? something like that. roomy and comfortable inside while not being a huge boat. has a cd player and tape player. it's got a 3.8 v6 i believe... not powerful but its a comfortable cruiser. i hate front wheel drive and love manual transmissions.

also im pretty sure my great grandfather didnt even go speed limit in it so its not abused what so over, haha.

My only concern there is the mileage being as high as it is on an older GM...

and that the gas mileage probably sucks...

Let me consider it. I have some cash over from craigs list in the $2500 range which I could then use to buy a cheap car.

yeah, although i will say that everywhere i go, i see the same exact kind of lesabre everywhere i go. gas mileage would be about the same or better as any other v6 equipped vehicle.

take the cash and buy a geo prism or something for your girlfriend. more reliable than the power company when it comes time shut off your electricity, parts aplenty, better gas mileage than a Smart car, and repair costs are pretty low.

I've had this truck since I was 19 or 20 so it's been close to 8 years...

I almost don't want to get rid of it but it seems like a waste because I never use it and don't want to spend the money to register/insure it if it's just going to sit around...
