YSA: I have no idea how to describe this band other then the fact that they're very loud, kinda dancy, they're members of Neptune, and they have a desk. lots of screaming.

Horse the band: What seems to be semi ironic metalcore with chug break downs, epic metal parts and.. nintendo keyboards? Very "fun".

The great redneck hope: This band has been described to me many times as "Daughters but good". They grind, they sass, whatevs. do it up. featured in the last heart attack.

Bleeding kansas: Don't know anything about these dudes, but they're on tour with redneck hope. I think one of them has a mohawk and their t-shirt designs all have skulls and stuff.

Obviously this a new venue. PLEASE for the love of god come to this show, and PLEASE for the love of god don't fuck it up. Don't tag the bathroom or sip a 40 on the dance floor. Up the polite punks. Dancing is cool, flipping out is cool, just don't break anything and be nice to the neighbors.

If you can't visualize where this place is, its basically across from the coolidge, right off harvard street near Peets coffee in coolidge.

show was very fun, first band was really good as was horse the band. i didnt appreciate the promoter running his mouth during horse the bands set, leave your holier then thou attitude at the door, and try to appreciate a great band having a good time. thanks for putting the show together, though.

i can't imagine Jonah "running his mouth". That dude is always nice as hell. And if he did give a speach it was probably deserved because he has a new venue to book shows at and i'm sure he wants to keep it

For the record, the dude that grabbed the mic during horse the bands set was a good friend of mine and was helping run the door..

I'm the promoter and I missed that whole thing, but it sounds like it was kind of shitty for all parties..

anyway, the show was an amazing success. we were sold out before the show was half over, but all the kids that couldn't get in and stuck around were let in at the end to see horse. so it all worked out.

I'm going to make another post for my next upcoming show, check it out..
