New site? Maybe some day.

man I wish it could say it's cause I'm getting older, but I've had this problem since my pre-teens.
Once again I managed to hurt my back without doing anything strenuous. Anyone know a good way to deal with that? So far I've tried:
-Sit ups
-Stretching
-A small amount of fidning the spot and massaging it
what else could work?
you know what I mean...a weird spasm and suddenly you got this ache that stiffens yee and makes yee pained. |
|
then I'd be posting about my frenetic eating problem
I put on so much weight from M&Ms and Andy Capps Salsa fries when I smoked pot in high school... |
|
my back kills today. thats cause i drank a six pack and took a vicodin that looked like a mento last night and fell asleep like a pretzel. i used to have a bad back. the only thing that seemed to help it is strengthening it. if you belong to a gym i suggest doing "seated rows" with light weight. "good mornings" are good too with light weight. it's easy to pull your back out so just use light weight. |

everyone eats like shit in high school. i dont think that only applies to potheads. its not real hard to watch what you eat. get the munchies= have an apple or something |
|
im not a pothead, but im willing to bet when you're high the first thing on your mind isn't
'im hungry, but im watching my weight, where's the fruit?" |
|
my back fucking kills as well...it hurt so much after Kubrick was done playing last night |
|
you should probably try to stop giving yourself head.
just a thought. |
|
I wouldnt really know about bad eating habits in highschool. All i did in highschool was acid, rails of speed and play guitar. Didnt do a whole lot of eating or sleeping. I didnt start smoking pot regularly untill i graduated. Actually thats not true. I stopped doing speed my senior year and started smoking pot. Pot goes way better with acid than speedy drugs. |
|
ahhh, back pain. I'm only 22 and I get it, mostly from standing for 8 hours straight at work.
things that help me:
sleeping with a pillow under my lower back, or between my knees if i'm on my side.
doing 10-15 minutes of yoga every morning. it doesn't take all that long, but you feel better for the rest of the day if your muscles are warmed up and stretched in the morning

perhaps, but I don't take it in the rear! |
|
i used to be much healtheir in high school when i smoked pot. i used to bike ride constantly and ate lots of fruits and vegtables and healthy food when i got the munchies. now i'm a gangly skinny motherfucker who hardly eats at all. i drink coffee and smoke cigarettes and drink. |
|
i used to eat like shit in hs. it was my job. in the past 3 1/2 years, ive lost 70 lbs just from eating right and exercising. and im still a fatass. but imagine that, exercise works! |
|
also if you eat before you smoke you dont really get the munchies |
|
pain killers are fun, take all you need! you can even smoke them! |

the tweeds speed up your metabolism, which is why you get the uncontrollable munchies. if you eat before you smoke, you're body just hyper-digests the food already in there. just call me mr. wizard |
|
this morning I woke up and I can barely move.
I tried:
-sit-ups
-massage
-hot bath
-ibuprofen
-complaining
-eating lots of granola
fucking A |
|
its the granola dude....your shit is so backed up it's storing itself in your spinal cord. |
|
on a half serious note, have you been checked out for anything wrong with a disc being out of place or maybe something pushing and/or constricting a disc? if its such chronic pain like that you might wanna go to a chiropractor or something. doing sit ups and strectching might actually be doing more damage than good. one of my friends had a problem with a disc randomly dislocating itself and had to get surgery..just some muchies for thought..HAH. |
