I hate cops. I got a bag of some ok midgrades friday night which was all fine and good. Then the next day my friend Brian calls me up and tells me hes got a quarter of what he says is some very good pot. He was right. It was beautiful. He handed me this giant neon green bud with orange and purple hairs and crystals you could snort off the fucking thing. We were so happy, me and my bud. BUT THEN I GOT PULLED OVER AND THOSE FUCKERS TOOK IT ALL AWAY FROM ME!!!!! We completely got away with it which is great because that means i get to keep my job, my girl, and my liscence but oh god you shouldve seen this shit!!! It was so beautiful!!! Those bastards! Even the cops were impressed with it! They couldnt stop staring at it.

He asked me to get out of the car.
"You been drinkin kid?"
"No sir."
"How come I can smell alcahol on you?"
"Im not sure sir."

Officer Hardass starts digging through my pockets.

"You got anything on you kid?"
"No sir."

As soon as i said no he pulls my dugout out of my pocket.

"Whats this kid?"
"I forgot that was in there sir, im terribly sorry."
"You got anything else on you kid?"
"No sir"

Then he pulls the bag of midgrades out of my jacket
"Oh except for that sir"
"What else you got kid?"
"Nothing sir"

Then he pulls the bigger bag of more expensive and extremely beautiful pot out of my jacket.
"Oops."
"You sure you aint been drinkin kid???"
"Im positive officer."
"Holy shit this looks like some pretty good stuff."
"Yes sir..er...i mean.....yes sir......"

It was like 2 in the morning and i guess they didnt feel like doing the paperwork so they lectured me for a half hour in the back of their police car and then let us go. We went back to Brians house, shat our pants, and Brian got the two of us incredibly stoned. I drove home that night about 10 miles under the speed limit.

I've been pulled over a bunch of times and told the cops "no" to a search and that it's my right for them not to search my car. No problems thus far.

I've told the cops that "I do not consent to a search of my vehicle" and the guy laughed and said they were gonna do it anyways. The Fuzz got my bong and some pot that night, but I got lucky, I should have had a DUI.

the one time a free years ago where the clean-cut kid I was with said "yes" to a search, they searched his car and found a bag of weed in his backseat, in a coat that some girl had left in the car.
I immediately asked them if they had planted it.
anyhow, they dumped that shake out and let us go after yelling at me.

you are lucky they were italians who probably weren\'t the most legit of cops..

you have almost no privacy in terms of the law when it comes to your car.

my friend who the cops did call a judge an woke him up in the AM, the cops didn't have any reason to expect anything other than he had long hair and they thought they smelled weed. the judge denied their request and my stoned friend continued on (after an hour or so sitting there). he was also the lead of some legalize pot bs thing. this was also in NH (where the 4th amendment is more strongly upheld by the state constitution, meaning to "friendly officer" laws, etc...).

"Sure kid, what else could this possibly be?"

*Cops proceeds to sniff the baggie*"You little... So what, are you selling fake bags to the people now?"
I just shrugged and laughed. I was fucking toasted at that point.
My big brother shows up fucking pissed that they didnt find any weed in my room, so he rips it apart and finds another rolled up baggie and a sock with what looks like resin on it.
"AHAH, you little shit. Look what I found, you and your dog arent very efficient!"(to the cop)
I just laughed and told them to open that baggie too, it was some clay they found in my brother's closet, and I informed them the resin look-alike was infact paint.
Next they found some copper piping that my little brother constructed on his tour of his technical high school with some of that same clay in it. At first they thought it was some home made smoking piece, but when they tried to suck through it it was clogged by the clay. Then they came to the dramatic conclusion...

"HEY THIS IS ONE OF THEM PIPE BOMBS!!!" That guy looked like he was going to shit himself. I cant remember a time when I have laughed harder right in a cops face. It was obviously in a shape of a 'J', I explained, which stood for 'Jayme', the owner of the room he found it in. They also found a ton of porn Jayme was hiding and through it all over the room.
All in All it was a crazy ass night. The cops couldnt take us down to the station even though my mom wanted them to and that made her flip out even more. We only got 6 hours of community service, of which our local detective only made us do 3 1/2. I think the best part of the night was this however:
Officer Clifford:"Kid, next time you through a party, do it around your moms menstrual cycle."

That great that the "its only oregano" trick worked because it was true

Anyways, its pretty rare for a cop to bust you just for weed alone. The only weed charges I've gotten were when I was getting busted for something else and just happenned to have weed on me too. Most cops get high, they get free weed in exchange for not busting you.

I thought of the 4th, but my mom was still helping pay the mortgage on my dads house at that time, so she could send them in. I guess I forgot to add that part.

when i was 20 i think...i ended up alone in a room full of cops being interrogated..they scared the living crap out of me..
stupid and naive me ended up signing the first piece of paper stating that even though i was in a room full of officers (i think it was like 6 men and 1 female) that i never felt intimidated or uncomfortable at any point...honestly i don\'t remember all the details, but that first my first mistake and after that i won\'t tell you the even more retarded piece of paper i signed..

a few months ago SB played at the AS220 and was smoking a blut in thwe van and the cops drove by....they stoped in front of are van we got really freaked out cuase they had dogs in the car with them...the dident stop we think they were looking form someone else but it was a harowing expierence to say the least

Rev, talking about laws and rights to cops is pointless. Cops don't know the law. Lawyers do. Cops just know what they can arrest, detain, interrogate, and fuck with you for.

If a cop does anything like that, just shut up and let him. Note everything, and plead not guilty. It's easier to fight a clear case than to argue with a cop and just get your shit busted harder.

Cops aren't stupid. I've seen some shady tricks. Most often, they have their probable cause before they even step out of the cruiser. Usually they think you won't put up a fight and will sign a continuance or plea bargain.
