the only thing I can say is don't sing for a few days. drinking and smoking probably don't help either. I'm in that same boat right now, do as I say, not as I do because I'm still smoking a pack a day and drinking every night. I practiced last night, practicing tonight and tomorrow night, then a show saturday night. I'm fucked. that probably wasn't much help. |

A quick fix is warm salt water, as weird as it sounds. It works, but you'll feel like crap for drinking it. |

It was funny more than helped, but it was cool man. I smoke too which sucks. I have to quit that shit anyways as I have 3 kids that depend on me and I feel like ass from it. I will be 32 next month so I do not have much room for error in the smoking Dept. I rarely drink anymore but that will probably change soon do to stress. Bad excuse? Probably. Going to drink at some point? Yes.

I would, but aren't we surrounded by that enough down here, haha. Shit, I wake up in the morning and I can smell the ocean when I go out for a smoke. Bunk lowtide man, nasty. Smoking is bunk too, but better than the smell of a giant liquidy vag down the street.

I say it every week, but after this weekend I'm going to give it an honest effort to quit smoking. they suck and are too expensive. drinking, what can I say, everyone has their vice. |

honey lemon halls. buy the big bag and keep popping them one after another until you feel better. brush your teeth though, lots of sugar. try not to use your voice at all, even talking is bad for you with a strained voice.
also warm tea with honey is excellent. |
