King’s X Announces Dates for National Tour
Band Touring Behind Latest Album Ogre Tones

Riding high off the success of their latest album Ogre Tones, which was released September 27th via InsideOut Music, King’s X has announced a fall tour which kicks off October 19th in Birmingham, AL.

Ogre Tones, which is the band’s first release under their new deal with InsideOut, was produced by Michael Wagener (Metallica, Alice Cooper, Queen) and includes such smash singles as “Alone,” “Open My Eyes,” and “Get Away”. A departure from the band’s last few albums, Ogre Tones is receiving rave reviews from fans and critics for its innovative sound and musical intricacies.

In fact, Andy Secher of Hit Parader magazine said, “On Ogre Tones King's X have produced their finest effort in a decade – a shining example of hard rock at its most erudite, emotive and effective.” Martin Popoff, critic for Guitar World, reports that the album is a “concise and accessible collection of tracks loaded with the band’s celebrated hooks and harmonies.”

King’s X plans to translate this sound to the stage with a show that is more over-the-top and musically-driven than ever before. Catch King’s X at a venue near you.
