New site? Maybe some day.

Imagine living in New England for YOUR ENTIRE LIFE... I can't. I mean, I love this place, but I need some sunlight.
Does anyone else plan on moving outta here before becoming worm food? |
|
nope. I don't even want to leave NH. I would if there were other places with no sales/income tax. I can't stand that shit. the longest I've been out of NH was in 1994 when I went to new mexico for a couple weeks to build houses for native americans. |
|
i'm hoping to move out west within the next five years, but if the future winters here are anything like this one, i might stick around for a bit. |

Ive lived in New England my whole life. And I dont plan on moving anytime soon.Sunlight aint that important to me.Plus we should feel lucky that this winter has been a mild one.I like the change in seasons.
|

yeah, we've had it easy this winter, but still, its not over by a long shot. this week, its in the teens at night with a windchill easily in the single digits. watch us get another blizzard in 2-3 weeks, hah, thatll shut "evil puppy" the fuck up. |
|
there's no denying this winter has been really mild and nice weatherwise. i can't recall a winter in the past that was nicer than this one has been so far. |
|
the winters make the summer more worthwhile
i wouldn't mind cali if it weren't filled with douchebags though |

In all honesty, i think New England is without a doubt the best place to live in this country. New England is the only place in this country where you can go hiking in the beautiful mountains and then hit bustling city life in the same day. we've got all the old colonial culture, latest european and NY fashions, good manners and actual, non-plastic personalities. california has rancid, mange-ridden hippies.
yeah, the weather can suck sometimes. sweltering, gut-melting summers give way to frostbitten, bone-chilling winters. and we get temperature changes of 40 degrees over 3 day periods and everyone get sick. but we deal with it and don't complain, the change of seasons is nice. it makes us tough. unlike those deep-fried southern kooks that have conniptions and flip their SUVs in an inch of snow.
in fact, to the rest of america:
Midwest - you can keep all your meth-addict yokels who think ace of base are cutting edge and your dirt-farming, god-forsaken teetotaling farmers. tractor pulls are for pussies.
Pacifica - los angeles sucks. oregon should be set aflame. nobody except you thinks bodyglove is still in style, and your reptilian, sun-raped tans are hideous. please continue to stay over there and keep building houses on top of shaky muddy cliffs.
Dirty South - take a bath, stop deepfrying everything, and if you'd brush your teeth maybe you wouldn't need dentures at 25. you'll never rise again, and if you would learn how to read maybe you could get jobs and create an economic evolution...if not for the fact that evolution is heretical blasphemy.
frankly, if we got topless swedish weatherchannels over here there'd be no reason not to secede from the smoldering shitpot we call america.

NE rules, I will never leave. I grew up in RI, but it wasn't cold enough, so I moved north to NH, where I've been for the last 10 years. How can you possibly complain about this winter, it's been completely pussy. Only the last few days have been a deep freeze, which is nice, because now we can go lake trout fishing. |
|
HAHAHAHAHAHA!! Ice fishing kicks ass!! You don't need a cooler. |
