i wish i imagined you up, and who said anything about conflict. why you got a problem with them. i just find it funny, or are you used to bands not liking you and worried. |

summer camp? was this a nice place nick? |
It was pretty cool. Capacity is like 30 people. It's one of those secret locations ever since the olneyville crap, kinda like RedRum I guess. The people that lived there were really nice and collected donations for us and Hello Romeo!, and also gave us free chips and Odwalla till we were stuffed.
Alex said it used to be a record store? |
fun times. yes, nick it used to be 3 stores, actually. it started out as fast forward records, little hole in the wall punk record shop. then it became contrast, and the guy that owned it then sold mostly 1990's era hardcore records. it's last incarnation was cathartic records, owned by paul of tor johnson records. mostly the same vibe as contrast, but paul usually had a pretty sweet vinyl section. there was always an apartment attached to it, so when they finally sold off and closed cathartic, the dudes and ladies that live there decided to do something different with the extra space. |
aww...I wish I saw this..I would've attempted to figure out where it was. |
