I don't hate Josh Martin, I just have no respect for him.

Respect is something you earn. I give everyone I meet a basic level and people earn more as I see that they are honest, compassionate, or any number of traits that I value.

When someone harasses me, my friends, things or people I care about, or tries to abuse things that matter to me to get what they want, they lose part of that respect.
