Facedown Records is very happy to announce that we have signed a direct
distribution deal with RED to handle Facedown's exclusive distribution in
the USA and Canada. This is a huge step for this label and our bands and we
are looking forward to rising to RED's challenge of developing Facedown as a
premier heavy music label. We are excited to join the ranks of such
incredible labels as Ferret, Metal Blade, Equal Vision, Victory, Trustkill,
the Militia Group and many more. It will be a privilege and honor to work
alongside these labels and the RED team to further develop our bands'
careers.

2006 will be an incredible year for Facedown as we are building on the new
records from Flee The Seen, Inked In Blood and Nodes Of Ranvier as well as
preparing for some incredible new releases from Bloodlined Calligraphy, War
Of Ages, Alove For Enemies, xDeathstarx and more. This is just the
beginning for us and we could not be more excited.
