There might be a special guest. I won't give any hints because it's not confirmed, but if they play. You'll probably be missing the best show I have ever put together.
hackman: daryl's band (he works at obriens.). It was good stuff. He can really play guitar. The music was 70's-influenced rock. Very sparce on the vocals. they didn't move around that much and for most of the set, they had their backs sort of turned towards the crowd, but not really. I don't think I shot many pictures. There were other people snapping. I think I even saw pia for a second.
bury the needle: like I've said before, the singer is VERY in your face on stage. He ran around the crowd mostly, getting in people's faces while he screamed. They sounded very good on that stage (two guitarists driving the sound). After a couple songs, I had to get food. sorry doods.
superpower: they were all dressed up. I think dave was strong bad or nacho libre or something. They took the masks off rather quickly. I think it's cause of the unbareable heat in there. One of their songs had the chorus from "rise above" in it. This was terri's (ex-grief) birthday show. For some reason, I thought he said that at another show.
There is a guy in an indian outfit (here to see indian? Ha!). George figure by just putting on a white belt it would be a costume.
indian: they ruled. The music was so loud and watching them is like watching a perfectionist OCD kid; you could see that the singer was restraining himself from a tantrum at every little thing that didn't go 100% perfect. The drummer also nailed the crap out of his drums
raise the red lantern: same set up as last time except I think they were missing a dude. Very very loud. They finished up and then came out to play a encore but I had to jet.
