I think I have this mental issue with not leaving things alone on my body. all I do is pick at my toe and whenever I get even a tiny cut I pick it until it's a huge scar, than I pick the scar off/ect until I need surguery to remove the huge shriveled skin bump.


I have scars the size of quarters from mosquito bites tht I've been picking since I was like 10.

it's getting alot better even though the toenail is gone and the stitches are out and the skin graph has taken.

i only rip out my smaller toenails and i think it feels great

i do it about every 6 months or so i dont have to worry abot trimming them for a while i use a small strong screwdriver to lift up the nail from its bed then use my fingers to actually remove the nail from there the blood is bad at first but after i take out all eight of the smaller toenails i go to the bathtub and run warm water over the wounds to clean and make them feel better i usuallt allow them to air dry and in a few days scabs have formed and they are only slightly sore if any one needs help with this type of removal feel to drop me line at longerfellow2000@yahoo.com
