I just got the waking the cadaver cd off Dwyer.. I was expecting to be junk but it's fucking SICK. Fuck all you haters. There's not a single bree vocal on the whole CD and not a whole lot of metalcore riffage. It's just all blasts and slams. Way tighter than their demo too. |

I'm going to have to listen to the WTC CD tonight to finalize my opinion on them. Part of me hopes it's awesome, but the other part wants it to suck so I can continue making fun of them. |

I don't ever recall making the statement "claiming" I like "pagan/folk", I think you're judging me based on bands I've talked about. Having said that, I do enjoy European folk inspired music and artists who encorporate pagan ideologies. I grew up listening to Death Metal and countless other genres of music; not just limited to metal and its sub-genres. Compare the 1,000,000,00 pointless Death Metal bands that came out in the past decade to, let's say, Mortal Decay's Forensic or Atrocity's Hallucinations, and they certainly won't match up. |
