Members of the Gilford Fire Department and Gilford Police Department responded to the scene.
"All we really do in these situations is watch the bubbles come up and make sure it's there," said Fire Chief James Hayes.
Hayes did note that in situations where the vehicle is entirely submerged, the owner must remove it within a certain time or face a fine.
