Another bulletin he just posted about the tour:

" I wanted to send out this bulletin to let everyone know the REAL reason I am off the Underground Alliance Tour,

I told Luke from Embryonic Devourment from the beginning as well as Chris from Dismal Lapse that I was NOT cool with travelling with weed in the vans on this tour. So what do they do, they bring trash bags full of the shit with them. I'm sorry, but I was forced to cancel this tour because i cannot handle the paranoia of knowing we have that much weed on us, goin through all the corrupt ass little states and shit! I love my music, but if i'm in jail, i can't do shit.
I don't know the laws in Cali where these dudes are from, but I don't think a texas cop gives 2 shits about medical marijuana papers, ya know?

Now, those that know me know I smoke weed regularly and also have had a big problem and still do with Cocaine. So I'm in no way saying I'm a saint by any means. But I would have been content with searching for weed every show just like i always do. This was their excuse, "we can't afford to buy weed the whole tour". Dude, that is such b.s., people smoke me out for nothin all the time on tour, so it's really a lame fucking excuse to bring such a big amount of an illegal substance on tour.

It's basically a legal and non legal issue, weed is illegal, especially the HUGE amount these dudes had, so for this reason, I'm no longer on this tour.

So if you see those dudes, let em know that it's pretty shitty that weed was more important than keeping Whitaker on the tour."
