When I first started to play the guitar I came across the deal of a lifetime on a guitar, I got a Gibson SG Custom with 3 Humbuckers in it (appraised at $2600) I paid $200. I guess it's just a comfortable feel and the Viper has a very similar feel.

that's a b.c. rich widow bass. steve tucker from morbid angel used to use one until he got one of those new mockingbird series. i've never seen one in person though so i couldn't tell u how they play or sound, but are they even still in production??? and george the only problem i see with those new speedlock guitars is that you're limited to only the strings they make for that specific guitar, so if u don't like those strings, you're fucked. but my guitarists told me they play like a dream. litacore if you're really lookin for a good bass check out Spectors.

This guitar my guitarist Ron is playing was a custom Beast that was made specifically for Eric Hoffman. Ron is good friends with him and got it from him at a realy decent price...

but are they wicked heavy? I love my Schecter but it's heavier than my V and that's starting to piss me off

as far as I know, the B.C.Rich in the first post is from the custom shop. All you need is several grand to throw at 'em, no prob! Hmmm...
