Right? I knew aimlessly drifting through life and never being responsible enough to ever be a homeowner was a good idea.

Still a slacker at 35 and damn proud of it.

I am in the same boat. I like renting anyways

maybe someday I'll own, just not a big priority right now because I don't want to raise a family

Good thing the CEOs are getting bailout money!!

toggletoggle post by Yeti at Oct 3,2008 3:20pm
my dad always pushed me to settle down and own a home, i'm only 27 but at my age he was living in the house he's still living in, married, and had my sister and me. i'm with Josh Martin, i'm glad i didn't feel the need to be responsible enough for that kind of commitment. having a month to month rent payment to worry about is fine with me, i couldn't live comfortably with a 30 year loan over my head.

toggletoggle post by mOe  at Oct 3,2008 3:20pm
srsly...that would have been awful if those CEO's lost their companies and had to retire with only tens of millions of dollars

keeps me up at night, sometimes...

I'm married with 2 kids, dog, etc. I want a home in the worst fucking way...but I'm not going to bother trying until I know I can make the mortgage payments comfortably.

"Then she kind of moved toward me a little and I saw that blood, and I said, 'Oh, no. Miss Polk musta done shot herself,' " Dillon said.

im sorry that made me lol

I have no interest in having kids and don't see the point of owning a mansion either...renting is up my alley.
