I'm not sure who here has already heard the news, but Upon Crimson Wings is officially no longer a band. The past several months have been very tough for us, and the break up was inevitable. I'm sure there will be future projects in the works, but for now, thanks to anyone who supported us in any way...that's what kept us going for 4 years.

we heard the news from the other thread that dave started.

it was fun while it lasted. for awhile there was good music good shows good friends and all around good times. its too bad it went to shit, but some people try so hard to do what they feel is right for them personally that in the long run it fucks them. in a way i wish we could go back in time to our heyday and keep it goin from there, but also in a way im glad the band is over. once i left ,everytime id hear about the band it sucked. it was like "what the fuck, i helped get them where they are, and now i have to sit back and watch them go on without me." so in that respect im glad its over. i just hope that some of those kids, one in particular, learn that friendship is #1 over everything else and you shouldnt throw away a good friend for stupid reasons , just to make your life more comfortable, or because your social status may be threatened. i had some of the best times of my life with the kids in this band, members past and present, and i wish it couldve ended on a good note. its a new beginning for all of us, but at least for me it wasnt a welcome or expected one. i wish the best for everyone, even the one who needs a bitch slap, and i hope that everyone manages to stay in music because they are all great musicians, cept for the bass player...he sucked.
