Composted and bassist Anthony Buda (or “Tony Boodz” as he’s known on tha streetz) have parted ways. Fortunately, the split is (sl)amicable and we wish him the best taking over the world with Revocation and grinding faces with Living Void. It would be awesome if he could still play dress-up with us and throw beach balls at innocent people, but all good things must come to an end.

Due to this recent development, Composted is searching for a new bassist. We practice at least once a week (usually Wednesdays) in South Boston. Here are the requirements:

-Must enjoy getting silly
-Must have pro gear & transportation
-Must be able to contribute financially to the band (rent, recording, pressing, merchandise)
-You don’t have to be Victor Wooten or Steve DiGiorgio, but creating interesting basslines is always a plus
-Have a flexible schedule; ours is never the same every week

considering how much touring revocation is doing and how active composted usually is, i figured anthony and composted parting ways would be inevitable. best of luck to both parties.

I'm definitely in on this--only slight issue is that I'm only able to effectively play bass wearing my banana hammock and Nickelodeon Moon Boots.

I'm rooting for you buddy, although it's kindoff a bummer that you won't be taking drums up as your main instrument.

Dude if I had the money I'd try out in a second. Unfortunately, right now two bands is a no-go because of the lack of said money. With that said, good luck with your search dudes. Get someone that rules.
