hm.. I thought that apple stopped DRM back in 2007. IDK. It doesn't matter to me since I would just use it for a few apps, for a mobile document editor, email, and writing down all my notes. I think it would do an awesome job. I just need to se how it's integrated with google's cloud. I can store everything on the google cloud.

Running iPhone apps on this thing is incredibly annoying to say the least.

So I finally got this thing working on my N network at home. It is still the fastest web browsing I have ever experienced. I don't really like the osk... But I'm sure I will get used to that.
I do love the fact that I had it unplug and using it constantly from 6or 7 until now and it's at 63% battery life. Very cool.

I'm on the fence about the iPad, it just seems like an oversized iPhone for old people who need a bigger screen, and you can't make calls on it. A macbook is only a few hundred more.

definitely not the case. If you find that you want to be more productive than your iphone screen can give you, but you know that you don't want to bring your laptop along with you, this is perfect. That's what I'm going to use it for. If they come up with better notes programs so that you can actually write notes and it OCRs them so that you can search the notes, this would be perfect for all students.

oh, it's also perfect for people who want to front and be trendy or those looking to have random sex with multiple male partners.

it's almost the same size as a small laptop/netbook, which is why I don't get why you wouldn't just bring your laptop.

it's smaller than just the screen of my computer. It's a tablet so you don't have to set it down. You carry it like a pad of paper. It also will allow you to suck off steve jobs in a heart beat.

not having a forward facing camera is pretty straight. Granted, you would have to be a total breeder to want one of those things, but still.

oh and I wasn't able to get on carina's wifi with it. When I was at home, I couldn't connect to it with WPA2-PSK [AES] so I had to do WPA-PSK [TKIP].
I think that carina's network does WPA2-PSK [AES]. Maybe that is the issue. I'll try later to connect with WPA-PSK [TKIP] + WPA2-PSK [AES].

Ok, I've had to reboot it once. Meaning that It wouldn't turn on yesterday so I had to hard boot it. One thing that I don't like is that the full version of gmail doesn't work well. Besides that, this thing rules.
