So their IT guy had the exchange server address wrong. I fought this fucking thing for 2 hours and he says "why does that say kirlins, it's supposed to be kirlin" i was like, "ok, you wrote down kirlins with an S, see" and showed him the paper he gave me. "oh, my bad"
