Ive heard a ringing for about 5 years but don't care because:
A.) world ends next year
B.) if world doesn't end, they'll have a cure for deafness within the next 10 years

You SHOULD see a doctor, because sometimes permanent tinnitus that will last your entire life can be CURED by something as simple as dietary change or vitamins. That's just one of a million contributors. See an audiologist.

Yes, it may be something you have to tough out and live with, but if you could just pop a vitamin every morning and have it disappear, why wouldn't you?

means nothing. just because you're taking it doesn't mean your body is absorbing it. For example some minerals are better taken when you're eating something loaded with fat. Others are better taken with something acidic.

AND there has been no study done that says taking vitamins benefit your health.
