1) removed all the carpeting except for a bit on the stairs.
2) removed all the "padding" on the stairs
3) put extra braces under the steps
4) removed all the carpeting in the upstairs 2 rooms
5) cut ply wood to fill in some cracks

what's left to do?
1) all the carpeting downstairs
2) 1/2 the padding upstairs
3) moving the stove (over 400lbs)
4) moving my "big" book case
5) clearing the downstairs out
6) moving the island in the kitch (about 200lbs)
