Dear Friends of The Sinclair,

From the entire team at The Bowery Presents: Boston, we are very sorry to report that due to unexpected construction delays, The Sinclair will not open on October 30th as we had anticipated. With that said, it is with great disappointment that we have to move or reschedule the following artist performances:

Wednesday, October 31, 2012: Andrew Jackson Jihad has been moved to TT the Bear’s.

Friday, November 2, 2012: Gary Clark Jr. has been moved to Royale on Friday, November 2. All tickets for both previously scheduled Friday and Saturday shows will be honored.

Saturday, November 3, 2012: Gary Clark Jr. has been rescheduled to Royale on November 2, 2012. All tickets to the November 3rd show will be honored at the Royale on the new date. Any refunds can be made at the point of purchase.

Sunday, November 4, 2012: K’naan has been moved to Royale.

Thursday, November 8, 2012: The Asteroids Galaxy Tour has been moved to Royale.

Friday, November 9, 2012: Roky Erickson has been moved to TT the Bear’s.

Sunday, November 11, 2012: Barefoot Truth has been moved to Royale.

Monday, November 12, 2012: Converge has been moved to Royale.

We look forward to welcoming The Dirty Guv’nahs as our first artist on Wednesday, November 14th. All existing tickets to the above Sinclair shows will be honored at their new respective venues.

I'd love to see Roky. Hope he doesn't have Okkerkill River with him.

Where exactly is the Royale anyway? What's the nearest subway stop?

Also, I assumed The Sinclair was supposed to be a tiny venue like The Middle East. How big is The Sinclair supposed to be, do you know? About 1K capacity like the royale?

Boylston St green line stop. It's part of the same building as the Marriott.

Is the Royale where Danzig played back in like 2000?

I didn't know Roky Erickson was playing November 9th. Want to go so bad.

This thread just got really sexy.

Yeah like gay sex in a dark alley surrounded by used syringes, broken glass and Band-Aids.

Don't throw your tea party agenda at me bro!

Dude, taxes are nothing more than the whims of gay married abortion activists. Anyone that has a clue knows that.

Converge

How much is he selling them for? I'm not going, but I have a friend in Boston who likes Torche who might be willing to go if they're being sold for like 10 bucks or something.

I think he is looking for face value.

toggletoggle post by Spence at Nov 12,2012 11:04am
Ah. Well if he's going to be at the venue selling them, then he won't have a problem. Converge always sells out when they play in MA, don't they?
