Gave her recorded material a spin a year or two ago. Hated it. Sounded like a goth Annie Lennox. You could easily blindfold someone so they couldn't see all her hipster pentagram merch and have someone confuse it with Ani DiFranco.
Got talked into staying for her set after King Dude. Actually liked it live. She's very talented. There's no getting around that, but after about 30 minutes I felt like I had heard the same song 12 times and called it a night.
