I guess there is a single "derogatory remark" on my credit score.

Looks like it. Hope they don't catch you, since they usually give you an overnight in jail to think about it, and the people there don't care how much you're anti-racist/pro-poor/pro-drug/liberal. They'll rape your ass just the same.
